Typically I write a sentence or two about my couples and leave the images to explain about the day. However, I want to say a few things first…
The wedding industry, in general, makes me a wee bit sick. I have photographer friends who submit weddings to planning blogs, only to get rejected because there are too few images of details and too many images of the couple. Yes because, god forbid, we see pictures of people in love. So many couples sweat the small stuff and lose sight of what really matters….your soon to be spouse. Details are pretty and I know you put work into them but your partner, your best friend, will be around forever. THEY are the most important part of the wedding.
Jen and Pat were a shining example of putting your spouse first. At the end of the day, all Jen cared about was marrying Pat and their love radiated off of them. I was thrilled to be part of their wedding.
J & P: Thank you for being lovely. Thank you for the amazing meal, cake and thinking of ME even on YOUR day. You are truly generous and wonderful. I wish you a lifetime of happiness, joyful tailgating and no broken limbs. ;)
