Hello fellow adventurers!
My darling family and I recently relocated from Tennessee to NW Arkansas in 2011 and are blissfully in love with the land and people around us. After 10 years in the wedding industry, being involved in lifestyle and destination wedding photography, we took a break from the camera. My husband and I bought and renovated a building in our downtown and started a gym for a few years. Then we sold it and took a year off to relax, hang out with our family and start a Little Free Library and Little Free Pantry in our community. These days if I’m not hanging out with my kids I’m usually lifting weights, doing yoga, hiking, reading or hanging out with my husband/girlfriends or traveling.
A few weeks ago my husband mentioned that he could build a darkroom for me in our basement and my love for photography exploded again. My business will officially open again on September 1st. I am still devoted to spending as much time with our three kids as possible so I only accept 1-2 weddings a year and 3 session a month. I also offer only 1 photography class a month and each class is limited to 10 students. This allows me to make it to basketball games, volleyball matches, and school programs for my kids and still offer my clients the personalized service that they deserve.
Best of both worlds.
